Through a guided Reiki meditation and a sound healing journey with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, infused with pure, high-vibrational frequencies, you’ll be gently led into a state of deep relaxation where the body can begin to restore itself naturally.

This immersive session is complemented by a soothing herbal tea ritual, featuring carefully selected plant allies known to support calm, regulation, and inner balance.

You’ll leave feeling more centered, nourished, and connected — with simple, tangible tools to carry this sense of ease into your daily life.
